How to Set Store Statistics on WooCommerce Using Dashboard Widgets

WordPress dashboard is the first thing you will see when you login to the back-end. And with those WordPress dashboard widgets, you can see the overview of your website or ecommerce online store like sales of the current month, or abandoned orders, or latest drafts, posts, etc. In addition, it will help you to focus on aspects that need your immediate attention as well.

You can customize the displayed widgets, or adjust the number of widget columns. To customize click “Screen Options” at the top right of the screen. Under screen options that will be displayed here depend on what plugins you have installed, what page you’re on and even what hosting company you’re using.

WooCommerce Status

This widgets gives you a quick overview of your store. First you’ll get the data on this widget is your online store’s net sales for the present month. Then you can see the top-selling product in your online store. This is just next to the orders that are awaiting processing and orders on hold. The last part provides details on your stock. This includes all data on current stock, low-stock and out-of-stock products.

WooCommerce Recent Reviews

WooCommerce recent reviews widget give some quick insights into your business. You can see the details of the reviewed products along with the reviewer and show a short snippet of the review. The star rating of the product is also visible here. You can click on any product link if you want to read the full review of that product.

Multi-Store Orders

In WooCommerce version 3.4 or later version there is now a widget that appears under Dashboard that shows order information from across all sites in your network. If you can click on an order it will be taken to the details of the order on that site.

You can also use suitable plugins to manage multi store orders.

There are some plugins available in the WooCommerce marketplace that gives details on daily sales, customer spending patterns, average sales, estimated sales, frequently used payment methods, etc. You can choose the plugins as per your requirement.
